How we work

A 7-step process built for institutional procurement.

  1. Free Site Survey

Every brief starts with a free on-site survey by a named Project Office member. We never quote on phone-only briefings — the survey calibrates substrate, traffic, and specification.

  2. Custom Specification

Material selection, system design, and finish standard documented per project — calibrated to procurement, FM, and architectural teams.

  3. Written Quote

Itemised, scope-defined, and timeline-bound. Issued in writing alongside the warranty terms specific to the service category.

  4. Mobilization

Materials sourced and logistics coordinated by the Project Office. Site protection plan signed off before crew arrives.

  5. Execution

Crew arrives under named-supervisor leadership. You receive milestone updates at: kickoff · mobilization · 50% complete · QA pass · handover.

  6. Quality Assurance

Independent QA against the written specification — flatness, finish, chemistry, anti-static where required. Results documented in the handover pack.

  7. Handover & Warranty

Site walk-through with the Project Office member who owned the project end-to-end. Written warranty issued; client receives the full handover pack.

A named specialist owns every project. Not a call centre.

Common Questions

Questions Our Clients Ask Before Calling

  • How does Granite Ghana document slab provenance?

Every specification-grade Granite Ghana commission ships with documented quarry-of-origin, slab-block reference, and bookmatch-sequence numbering — full traceability for architect and procurement-team specification packages.

  • What is the difference between bookmatched and cross-cut granite?

Bookmatched slabs are cut sequentially from a single block and arranged so adjacent slabs mirror each other along their shared edge — vein continuity reads across the wall. Cross-cut is single-piece-installation with no continuity requirement.

  • What edge profiles does Granite Ghana fabricate?

Bullnose, ogee, eased, mitred, half-bullnose, demi-bullnose, full-bullnose, chamfered, and bespoke profiles per architect-specified drawings. Hand-honed or CNC-fabricated against specification tolerance.

  • What surface finishes does Granite Ghana offer?

    Mirror polish (high-gloss specification-grade), hand-hone (matte specification-grade), flame-treated (textured exterior-grade), leather-finish (low-sheen residential-grade), and bespoke finish per project specification.

  • What methodology applies to heritage stone restoration?

Heritage restoration commissions require provenance-matched stone sourcing, traditional-tool methodology, respect for original installer's specification intent, and full documentation of the restoration intervention for heritage-register continuity.
